Job Description
Synechron is looking for a Systems Analyst to join a leading financial institution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cyber/resilience teams to understand requirements and identify necessary changes. This role requires familiarity with the technology delivery cycle but does not involve direct management of delivery resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with cyber and resilience teams to gather and analyse requirements
* Identify and assess necessary changes to systems and processes, ensuring they meet strategic goals
* Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication to support project success
* Acquire and maintain familiarity with the technology delivery cycle to support project planning and execution
* Demonstrate a strong team-oriented approach, fostering a positive work environment and driving collaborative efforts
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar analytical role
* Strong understanding of cyber security and resilience principles
* Familiarity with technology delivery cycles and processes
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly
* Availability to work three days per week in Sheffield
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience within the financial services industry
* Knowledge of current enterprise technology, cyber security, and resilience trends
