Overview
Teach Now is supporting a great secondary school in the Three Rivers district of Hertfordshire—well-connected to North London—seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to join their friendly team. You’ll work across Key Stages 3–5, ensuring learning continues smoothly when teachers are absent and providing valuable classroom support when not covering.

What You’ll Do
* Supervise classes using pre-prepared materials, keeping students on task and engaged.
* Maintain positive behaviour and routines in line with school policies.
* Support learners, including those with SEND, to access the curriculum and make progress.
* Assist subject teachers and departments with learning activities, assessment checks and classroom administration.
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive and aspirational culture.
About You
* Experience working with secondary-aged pupils; HLTA experience highly desirable.
* Calm, professional communicator able to build rapport quickly.
* Confident managing behaviour and following safeguarding procedures.
* Reliable, adaptable and committed to helping every student succeed.
