We are searching for an experienced and inspiring Spa Manager to take ownership of our Spa and shape it into a true sanctuary for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in beautiful rural surroundings, leads with heart, and brings operational excellence to every corner of the spa experience — from team culture and guest care to safety, training, and facility management. In this role, you will: Manage, motivate and develop a high‑performing Spa team through warm, confident and inspirational leadership. Ensure every team member is trained to the highest Company standards, supporting their growth and confidence in role. Collaborate closely with wider hotel teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless guest journeys across the property. Actively attend and contribute to management meetings, bringing new ideas and a collaborative spirit to the hotel leadership team. Uphold exceptional service standards, ensuring treatments, guest flow and ambience all reflect our boutique ethos. Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Health & Safety regulations (IOSH / NEBOSH) a Pool Plant Operator Level 3 Qualification is preferred.
