Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly research activities such as data mining to understand reasons for quality defects.
2. Preparing and publishing reports on inventory quality, adjustments, unmatched items, and other relevant metrics.
3. Managing bin creation, addition, deletion, and locks.
4. Conducting daily training and skill huddles.
5. Providing quality feedback to associates.
6. Serving as a stand-in for Process Associate and Area Manager when needed.
Qualifications:
* Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving is preferred.
* Strong analytical, mathematical, data analysis, listening, and communication skills.
* Experience analyzing shop-floor processes and trends, with the ability to recommend improvements.
* Mandatory knowledge of SQL; Visual Basic is an advantage.
* Experience using macros to simplify reports.

A day in the life:
* Focus on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.
* Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements.
* Coordinate with FC leadership and other managers to balance labor and meet goals.
* Support safety programs and ensure compliance.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in an analytical role within the Quality Assurance function preferred.
* Business analysts with a flair for data analysis and report generation that drives action.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in Tier1 Auto-component, Automotive Manufacturing, or Electronics Industry preferred.
