Base pay range
Cormac is a leading civil engineering contractor providing a wide range of specialist services in Cornwall and beyond. We work with public and private organisations across a range of environmental services, highways, surfacing, consultancy, and design.

Commercial Director – Salary Competitive, benefits & £5.4k car allowance
This role is integral to the Cormac executive team. You’ll work closely with the Finance Business Partner and three business Directors, responsible for strategy, business development, and commercial management of services and projects. The role includes commissioning the group procurement function and contributing to the company strategic development. You’ll ensure that the Consultancy function provides appropriate pricing and design for clients.
We have an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated team who will benefit from a progressive leader. This role reports to the Managing Director.
Head of Consultancy – Salary Competitive, benefits & £5.4k car allowance
You’ll lead the direction and utilisation of the team, shaping future activities. This role reports to the Business Director Term Services contracts.
