About Service Scalers
Service Scalers is one of the fastest-growing marketing partners for home-service pros—plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, electricians, and more. We build high-performing websites and search campaigns that generate real leads. Agencies that over-promise and under-deliver give our industry a bad name; we’re here to raise the bar.
The Role
We’re looking for a Website Project Manager who can keep multiple site builds on track from kickoff to launch. You don’t need decades of experience, but you do need to be organized, detail-driven, and ready to dive into the work. If you can manage timelines, coordinate a creative team, and spot issues before they become problems, we want to talk.
Salary: £30,500
Responsibilities
* Own project schedules for several website builds at once—scope, budget, and deadlines.
* Coordinate designers, copywriters, developers, and SEOs to ensure smooth hand-offs and clear accountability.
* Create and maintain project documentation: timelines, task lists, status reports.
* Review deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and technical quality before client hand-off.
* Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly and without fluff.
* Recommend process improvements that make our web production faster and more reliable.
What You Need
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects—agency, freelance, or side-hustle experience all count.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; nothing slips through the cracks.
* Confident written and spoken English.
* Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions.
* A results-first mindset and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” when needed.
Bonus Points
* Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
* Experience using Notion, Airtable, Asana, or comparable project-management tools.
* Background in home-service or local-service marketing.
* Previous work with remote teams across time zones.
* Keen interest in building and refining SOPs.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
* Work anywhere. We’re fully remote.
* Time off that matters. Paid vacation plus maternity/paternity leave.
* Supportive culture. We help each other win—“that’s not my job” isn’t in our vocabulary.
* Growth trajectory. Join a team expanding quickly and committed to doing great work for clients and each other.
