Family Solicitor/Legal Executive

* Job Type: Full-time
* Salary: £55,000-£70,000 (dependant on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide expert advice on Ancillary Relief/Divorce, Domestic abuse matters, and Private Law Children Act matters.
* Handle Care Proceedings, Adoption, and Special Guardianship applications.
* Work to deadlines and targets, prioritising and managing a varied caseload effectively.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently using your own initiative.
* Engage in advocacy as required.
* Maintain professional and effective communication with team members and clients, handling clients in stressful and upsetting circumstances with sensitivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified as a Family Solicitor or CiLex Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE or equivalent.
* Strong legal and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling clients in sensitive situations.
* Ability to undertake advocacy.
