What skills, knowledge, and experience will you need?
* Experience developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
* Managing and integrating data across Power Platform datasources such as Dataverse and SharePoint Lists.
* Working in Agile/Rapid application development teams, contributing throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
* Using collaborative tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
* Recommending and assessing tooling standards for application engineering.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to improve application usability and performance.
* Leading and coaching team members to achieve goals through support and development.
Your role and responsibilities
You will work as a Power Platform developer in an Agile environment, collaborating with a Senior Application Engineer and other digital experts within a delivery squad. Your daily tasks include supporting applications built with PowerApps and Power Automate, transforming legacy systems into low-code applications, and developing new applications from scratch. You may also have future line management responsibilities for Application Engineer Apprentices.

Location: Based in one of our digital hubs in Blackpool, Manchester, or Newcastle-upon-Tyne, whichever is most convenient.
Hybrid Working: A mix of remote work and face-to-face collaboration.
Pay: Up to £45,081.
Pension: Civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, up to £12,345 annually.
Holidays: Starting at 25 days, increasing to 31, plus up to 3 extra days per month on flexi-time, and public holidays.
