Delivery Executive required for a central Brighton based Travel Company. Hybrid working after your training period, 3 - 5 days in the office, can be flexible, £22000. 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Job Overview Responsible for delivering excellent customer service administrator, via timely and proactive administration. You will have an interest in travel and will be the main point of Customer liaison to ensure that all customers experience is exceptional to increase referrals and repeat bookings. Key Responsibilities: building rapport and relationships with Customers Manage Customer information and administration internally and externally in a timely manner. Managing all aspects of pre, mid and post travel administration for your groups. Ensure customer feedback is encouraged, escalated, and acted upon in a positive manner. Be available and recognise the seasonality of the role in being flexible to days and hours that support is required for the Customer. Key skills: Proven experience in Customer Service and administration Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate flexibility in liaising with customers, colleagues and management. Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment. Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a cross-functional team.
