Job Overview
As Lead Product Designer, you will support the development of our vision for monetisation and translate it into a world‑class customer experience. This hands‑on role involves exploring and validating disruptive ideas, shipping web &️ app experiences to accelerate commercial growth, and ensuring monetisation initiatives such as ads and travel partnerships prioritise user value.
You will report to Josephine Lie and lead design across a 70‑strong squad spanning Product, Data, Engineering and Commercial, collaborating with Research, Data Science and other stakeholders to shape strategy and optimise the experience.
Qualifications
* Established experience leading Product Design or UX strategies
* Experience working directly on commercial, monetisation‑related, consumer‑focused tech – e.g. Advertising & Marketing Tech, eCommerce, or similar
* Proficiency in Figma for day‑to‑day design work – a must‑have in this hands‑on role
* Experience in data‑informed experimentation such as A/B or multivariate testing, focused on growth or monetisation metrics
* Experience in visual and interaction design for mobile app and responsive web experiences across desktop and mobile
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering an empowering and collaborative design environment
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, adept at conveying concepts to stakeholders at all levels
* A self‑starter mentality with strong collaboration skills with Engineers, Product Managers and broader business teams
* Active curiosity about the use of AI tooling to increase efficiency & effectiveness of workflows
