Maintenance Manager

You'll be at the heart of the operation, leading the strategy behind asset reliability and using data and insight to make smart, impactful decisions. You'll also play a key role in shaping and delivering large-scale projects and significant ongoing investment coming into the site, providing clear direction and leadership to ensure successful execution and long-term value.
You'll take ownership of asset performance from end to end—optimising equipment, improving processes, and shaping long-term investment plans. You'll analyse condition and failure trends, deliver targeted interventions, and build strong business cases to support capital investment. Alongside this, you'll tackle root causes, prevent repeat issues, and develop contingency plans that keep operations running smoothly.
