We are seeking experienced Dimensional Systems Engineers to join our team, supporting a major OEM programme and ensuring best in class dimensional quality from concept through launch. Location: EMPC - Wolverhampton Company: Expleo Employment Type: Full-time/Contract (Inside IR35 only) In this role, you will take full responsibility for the Dimensional Quality lifecycle-covering feasibility, measurement strategy, tolerancing, tooling alignment, build support and dimensional maturation for new vehicle programmes. You'll work at the cutting edge of automotive body structures and assembly systems, influencing design and driving product excellence. Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration Actively support Agile squad ceremonies including sprint planning, daily start ups, showcases and retrospectives. Ensure timely closure of issues in readiness for upcoming milestones, escalating or blocking stories where appropriate. Conduct internal and external benchmarking to support evidence based engineering decisions. CAD, Measurement & Tolerancing Create and maintain single panel and assembly locator strategies in Catia V6, aligned to platform and gauging standards.
