About the role
Join our Development team in Brighton, where youll carry out hands-on software testing to support the release of new products and the maintenance of existing ones, helping us ensure quality, reliability, and compliance across our range.
Follow detailed test plans and create test cases based on project requirements
Test both new and existing products to help ensure software quality and performance
Collaborate with other teams to share knowledge, raise risks, and suggest improvements
Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and technical issues to the project team
Take part in technical discussions and contribute to decision-making around testing approaches
Review product requirements, specifications, and designs to highlight any quality concerns
Carry out verification and validation testing for both new designs and bug fixes
Create and maintain accurate test documentation, including test plans and reports
Build and maintain test environments and systems to ensure consistent results
Support investigations into field issues and customer-reported problems by replicating faults
Develop a strong understanding of our full product range and testing methods
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a Software or Firmware Test role is beneficial.
A methodical approach to problem solving, with good communications skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Long-term career goals within Software Test - focused on depth, quality and continuous learning.
