Unit One Kids is an exciting and growing nursery setting in the heart of Guiseley, located right next door to Unit One Gym. Since opening, we've welcomed a fantastic group of children and families and are growing fast. We have a unique setting which is brand new and beautifully presented.
We're now looking for enthusiastic, reliable and caring Level 3 Practitioners to join our growing team. This is your chance to be part of something that blends the warmth of a small nursery with the professionalism and high standards of a well-run, values-led setting.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking qualified individuals who:
Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Are confident supporting children under 2 (our primary age group)
Understand the importance of calm routines, child-led learning and strong relationships
Are positive, proactive, and work well as part of a team
Have a strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
Are passionate about helping children feel safe, happy and supported to thrive

Your Role: Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
Build strong relationships with children and their families
Support daily routines, keyworker responsibilities and the nursery's curriculum
Contribute to planning, observations and children's developmental records
Promote a warm, safe and inclusive atmosphere
Be part of a motivated, caring team where your input is valued
