Looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduler to join a leading Maintenance Contractor based in Milton Keynes \n\nOffering £27,250 + great benefits. This role is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm office based \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nWorking on a large social Housing reactive repairs contract \nLiaising with clients, sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives \nCommunicate effectively with client and customers to ensure great service is provided \nHandling general inquiries and administration tasks \nSchedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairsRequirements:\n\nYou'll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.\nHave excellent customer service skillsIf you feel this is the role for you attach your cv and apply today!\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
