We’re on the hunt for a Customer Support Coordinator who thrives on keeping things in order, juggling multiple tasks, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact to final installation. If you love coordinating, problem-solving, and working with multiple teams—this role is for you!
What you'll be doing:
🔹 Supporting a team of sales reps by logging calls & preparing quotes
🔹 Processing orders & managing customer files with precision
🔹 Scheduling installations & site surveys like a pro
🔹 Liaising with manufacturing & logistics to ensure a smooth operation
🔹 Preparing essential documentation (O&M manuals, RAMS, order packs)
🔹 Communicating with customers & internal teams to guarantee top service
What we need from you:

✔️ Experience in sales support or project coordination
✔️ Proficiency in spreadsheets & SAP (preferred)
