The Role
We're hiring an experienced Leisure Manager to lead a thriving leisure and health club within a prestigious hotel environment. Youll take charge of daily operations, team leadership, and commercial performancedelivering an outstanding member experience while hitting key revenue and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing leisure team
* Drive membership sales, retention, and secondary revenue (PT, retail, spa)
* Oversee group fitness, personal training, and programming delivery
* Ensure H&S compliance, pool plant standards, and operational excellence
* Report financials and KPIs; take action to meet business goals
* Promote a vibrant club culture and member community
What Youll Need
* Level 3 Fitness Qualification (essential)
* Previous leadership experience in a leisure/fitness club
* Strong commercial awareness and team development skills
