We are looking for a General Showroom Manager in waiting to become a part of the leading UK Kitchen Retailer. This role offers the chance to grasp the fundamentals of our business and the Wren Way, co-manage one of our dynamic showrooms, and, once fully trained and an opportunity arises, take on the responsibility of managing your own showroom. The role is based in the Northern Scotland area.
Responsibilities
* Train and work with experienced managers in showrooms of excellence, learning the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
* Collaborate with General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager.
* Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary and Location
Basic salary £34,900 plus bonus, OTE £52K. Location: Northern Scotland area (Portlethen/Aberdeen region).
