We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for a full-time temporary position, working across our client’s wide range of housing stock.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance works, responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, and property MOTs. This includes delivering tasks within your primary trade as well as associated secondary trades where required.
Required Multi-Trade Skills
First and Second Fix Carpentry
First and Second Fix Plumbing
Wet trades: plastering, painting & decorating
Minor masonry repairs
General groundworks and fencing
Floor laying and tiling
Ability to carry out on-site risk assessments and identify hazards
Requirements
Full UK manual driving licence
Please state whether you currently hold a DBS certificate
