As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a motivated surveyor to join their team. You will be involved in a varied portfolio of projects, mainly supporting educational clients, including condition surveys, project management, and feasibility studies. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed building surveys, condition assessments, and defect investigations, primarily for educational and commercial properties
Manage projects from initial survey through to completion, liaising closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates to guide project delivery and funding applications
Support estate strategy planning and capital project assessments
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and best practice guidance
Key Skills and Experience:
MRICS qualified, working towards chartered status or building surveyor experience looking for chartership progression
