Join our friendly and supportive Medical Education team as an Education Centre Administrator, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy Education Centre within The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. You will provide a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting education and training activity for medical students, resident doctors and the wider multidisciplinary workforce, helping to create a professional, welcoming and well‑organised learning environment. This is a varied and hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You will work in the Education Centre providing administrative support to the Medical Education Team, coordinate room bookings, prepare teaching spaces, manage resources and providing a responsive front‑of‑house service to all users of the department. Working hours are 8am 4pm on Thursday and Friday. We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy environment and contributing to a positive team culture.
