Role: Business Development Manager for Edinburgh/Glasgow region
Salary: £35-42K + car allowance, bonus, pension and other benefits
Our client is a rapidly growing premium alcoholic drinks business developing and selling award-winning beers and spirits to On Trade independents, groups, and national accounts.
They seek a proactive and ambitious drinks sales professional to develop existing accounts, build new relationships, and increase sales across premium On Trade accounts in the Edinburgh and Glasgow region. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to selling drinks brands in the On Trade and be currently working as a BDE, BDM, or similar level in the Scottish On Trade. Responsibilities include negotiating directly with buying teams, managing the P+L, nurturing customer relations, and demonstrating strong account management and sales development skills.
Key requirements include:
