Job Description:
Proppa House Ltd is seeking a results-driven, experienced professional in Sales & Partnerships with a proven background in UK real estate. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned individual with at least five years’ experience working with or within estate agency networks, particularly in major hubs such as London, Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds.
This position will be remote for an initial period of three months.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and establish partnerships with estate agents, landlords, and real estate firms across the UK.
2. Lead and close onboarding conversations with property listers and partners.
3. Drive user acquisition and contribute to our early-stage growth strategy.
4. Provide weekly reports and insights to the management team.
5. Represent Proppa House with professionalism and market insight.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or business development within the UK.
2. Strong understanding of the estate agency landscape in London, Manchester, or Liverpool.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
4. Proactive, ambitious, and capable of working independently in a startup environment.
5. Based in the UK and available to work remotely during the internship.
