Job Description:
An entrepreneurial and rapidly growing technology business based in the city is looking for an experienced Office Manager on a part-time (25 hours a week, 9:30 am to 3 pm), permanent basis (fully office-based). Supporting a busy team of 15, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and act as the primary point for office management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be eager to add value to their next position. Your responsibilities will include:
* PA support to the Managing Director, including diary and inbox management, arranging UK and international travel
* Arranging accommodation and setting up itineraries
* Facilities management, ensuring health, safety, and compliance
* Developing and improving processes and policies
* General office administration tasks
* Managing office supplies and equipment
* Supporting preparations for SLT meetings
