£85 - £95 per day
Job Duties:
Providing support to classroom teachers in delivering lessons
Assisting students with their learning and understanding of subjects
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supervising students during activities and break times
Supporting students with special educational needs
Work collaboratively to ensure students receive inclusive education with 1:1 support, addressing their individual social, educational, and intellectual needs.
Maintain a safe and tidy classroom environment, including organizing and caring for equipment.
Contribute to record-keeping by documenting observations of pupils throughout the school day.
Communicate knowledge and understanding of students to other school staff.
Demonstrate positive attitudes, values, and behaviours consistent with the role and school expectations.
Promote, support, and facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation in learning and extracurricular activities.
Provide teaching and learning support, utilizing appropriate technical resources.
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs in English and Maths
Experiance of working as a Teaching Assistant or Coach
Education:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Positive attitude towards supporting students' learning
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Work within a school setting with regular interaction with students and teachers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
