Your focus will be on:
* Day-to-day bookkeeping using cloud accounting platforms
* Keeping ledgers accurate and reconciled, ready for accounts/VAT deadlines
* VAT returns and compliance support across a range of clients
* CIS submissions and contractor bookkeeping where applicable
* Handling registrations and HMRC liaison as needed
* Spotting issues early and keeping clients on track (rather than firefighting late)
Youll be a good fit if you:
1. Have practice or multi-client bookkeeping experience
2. Are confident taking work through to trial balance
3. Understands VAT well and can work to deadlines without chasing
