About the Role
As a Clinical Data Manager I, you’ll ensure that the data collected from clinical trial studies is collected, verified and delivered to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for:
 * Building and managing study databases in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
 * Reviewing and validating clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness.
 * Generating data queries and performing data validation on source data.
 * Assisting with database setup, testing, maintenance and lock activities.

About You
You’ll be an excellent communicator with a commitment to learning and a motivation driven by a common cause – improving patient outcomes. You’ll find satisfaction in tidy datasets, logical problem-solving and continuous improvement, alongside having:
 * Degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or related field.
 * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
 * Interest in clinical research, data management, or healthcare analytics.
 * Exposure to basic programming (e.g., SQL, Python).
 * Knowledge of clinical trials, GCP, or data management principles.
 * Understanding of EDC systems and clinical data workflows.
 * Patient impact: Your work directly contributes to cleaner, more reliable clinical data helping to shape real healthcare outcomes.
 * Early insight: You’ll be among the first to see how trial data evolves, curating datasets that define success.
 * Career growth: We don’t expect you to have prior experience in a similar role. You’ll receive tailored training and development to support your growth
