* Spearhead the Music Department,providing visionary leadership and direction
* Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous and engaging Music curriculum across all key stages

* Inspire and mentor a talented team of Music Teachers,fostering a culture of collaboration and professional excellence
* Supervise and manage the department's resources,ensuring the effective allocation of funds and equipment

Qualifications and Experience:
* A Music-related degree or equivalent qualification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Extensive experience teaching Music across KS3,KS4,and KS5 levels
* Proven track record of excellence in leadership and management
