Client Manager responsibilities
* Act as a commercial sounding board for a diverse portfolio, providing strategic guidance, P&L analysis, and cash flow management.
* Oversee the accuracy of financial data and ensure all statutory submissions, accounts, and VAT returns are delivered well ahead of deadlines.
* Lead and mentor junior team members, utilising effective delegation to ensure seamless service delivery and team development.
* Identify business development opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance the firm’s service offering.
As the successful candidate you will
* Be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified with significant experience within a professional practice or commercial environment.
* Possess a solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to provide high-level strategic advice and commercial "second opinions".
* Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to build lasting relationships with business owners.
* Have a proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio while meeting high quality standards.
In exchange you will receive
* Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience.
