The project!
As a Creative Service Operations Manager, you will lead and streamline our visual merchandising operations. This role ensures the smooth execution of window displays, store projects, and campaigns across regions. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain brand standards and improve operational efficiency.
What will the role entail?
1. Windows Administration & Budget Management
Provide administrative support, including managing and tracking budgets for window display projects.
2. Guideline Development & Implementation
Assist in creating and refining operational guidelines for windows, in-store displays, and events. Ensure consistent application across regions and gather feedback for process optimization.
3. Operational Process Development
Collaborate with design teams to develop workflows and create operational guidelines for visual merchandising and events.
4. Campaign Review & Reporting
Deliver post-campaign reports, identify improvement areas, and analyze feedback to inform future projects.
5. Supplier & Installation Coordination
Coordinate window installation schedules across the UK and EU, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers. Attend installations and store openings to ensure standards are met.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with suppliers, attend meetings, and present creative ideas and improvements to senior stakeholders.
7. Project Tracking & Delivery
Manage trackers and planners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to standards.
Requirements
* Experience in operations or supplier management, preferably in retail or visual merchandising.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Willingness to attend site setups and activations in the UK and EU.
* Creative problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
Location requirements:
This role is based in the UK due to collaboration needs with the creative team and client-facing responsibilities. Regular travel within the EU is required for meetings, store visits, and project setups.
