Per4m, recently rated 9/10 by The Telegraph for best-tasting protein, is looking for a talented Influencer & Affiliate Manager or Executive to join our ambitious team.
We’re on a mission to disrupt the sports nutrition market, and we’re looking for someone who’s equally excited to build powerful partnerships and take our brand to the next level.
What You’ll Do
* Own and grow Per4m’s affiliate program, managing partnerships and optimising performance across channels. Experience with AWIN is a huge plus.
* Manage and expand our influencer roster, nurturing relationships and identifying new talent who align with our brand and audience.
* Develop and execute creative influencer and affiliate campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to align partnership activities with broader brand and commercial goals.
* Track, report, and analyse performance to continuously improve results and ROI.
Who You Are
* Experienced working with affiliate platforms like AWIN, understanding how to build profitable partnerships.
* Passionate about influencer marketing, you know how to spot great talent, negotiate deals, and create authentic collaborations.
* Organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple relationships and projects at once.
* Commercially minded, you’re driven by results and know how to connect brand activity to business impact.
* Interested in sports nutrition, fitness, or the wellbeing industry.
