Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site role located in Leeds for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will engage prospective clients through phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate records of communication, and meet sales and lead generation targets. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with customers and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey information clearly and effectively
* Experience in appointment scheduling and customer service
* Proficiency in sales and lead generation techniques
* Ability to meet targets and work in a fast‑paced environment
* Basic computer literacy for managing contact records and communications
