We’re seeking a Senior Manager-level Business Solution Architect to join a high-performing team delivering transformative managed services solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing role designing, scaling, and implementing high-impact business and technology solutions.

You’ll:

* Guide and mentor teams, embedding best practices across solutioning
* Shape proposals that highlight quality, differentiation, and strategic impact
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience designing outsourcing or managed services solutions
* Experience in transition and transformation planning
* Familiarity with business case development and ROI assessment
* Strong mentoring and coaching skills
* Ability to create client proposals with clear purpose and differentiation
* Public sector experience is advantageous
