Applicants are invited to apply for a temporary Administrative Assistant based at Bridge of Allan Primary School. The post-holder will report directly to the Head Teacher.

The successful application will deliver a high standard of customer service at all times and will demonstrate commitment to the Aims, Vision and Values of both Stirling Council and Bridge of Allan Primary School.
Good IT skills and working within an office environment are essential. Duties will include providing administrative support and assistance, tasks associated with the maintenance of all school records in relation to pupils, staff, parents and wider stakeholders; telephone, reception, email, mail and photocopying duties; dealing with enquiries and attending to welfare needs of pupils; in-putting and extracting data using a range of electronic systems; producing records and reports; using the council's financial systems and assisting with monitoring expenditure.
They will have. excellent written and oral communication skills and have exemplary organisation skills. They will be able to build strong working relationships with a range of people and also work well as part of a team as well as being able to use their initiative.
A sense of humour is also helpful and will be welcomed
