We are currently recruiting for Agricultural General Operatives to join a busy and growing team based at Flixborough Industrial Estate. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term prospects for the right candidates.

Key Duties:
* Quality checking beans to ensure they meet required standards
* Removing skins from beans as part of the processing stage
* Measuring and checking product specifications accurately
* General maintenance duties
* Keeping the work area clean and tidy at all times

✅ Requirements:
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working in a dusty environment (dust masks are provided)
* A proactive attitude towards cleanliness and maintenance

⭐ Desirable:
* Counterbalance forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
