We’re looking for a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our close-knit Dispute Resolution team. This role is perfect for someone eager to advance their career and make a tangible difference.
What You’ll Do
* Client Interaction: Meet clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
* Dispute Resolution Advisory: Provide practical and commercial advice on resolving disputes, considering cost and strategy.
* Objective-Driven Support: Help clients achieve their desired outcomes with an objective-driven approach.
* Document Preparation: Draft essential documents, from claim forms to witness statements.
* Litigation Support: Prepare for hearings and trials, working closely with counsel.
* Team Collaboration: Support our team with high-value and complex cases while managing your caseload.
* File Management: Maintain organised and efficient electronic files.
Who We’re Looking For
We want an enthusiastic Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE. If you have a keen legal mind, excellent people skills, and a desire to tackle new challenges, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who’s innovative, responsible, and eager to grow quickly.
