About the Role
We are hiring full-time Customer Service Advisors in our Homes Direct Servicing team in Thornaby, with a starting package of £26,900. This includes a base salary of £24,000, a £500 flexible benefit, and up to a £2,400 discretionary performance bonus.
What You'll Do
* Handle customer and third-party mortgage or loan queries and transactions over the phone. Support via Live Chat may be available once trained.
* Encourage customers to adopt digital channels for interaction.
* Identify vulnerabilities and potential fraud to ensure safety.
* Accurately gather information to resolve queries at first contact.
What You'll Need
Essential:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong computer and numeracy skills, able to navigate multiple systems.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* The right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
* Attention to detail and adherence to policies and standards.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Additional Information
The role involves 35 hours per week within our operating hours, with on-site training for at least 12 weeks. After training, remote work options and flexible hours may be available. The position is based in Teesside, requiring at least two days in the office per month, with free parking provided.
