Happy Days Nurseries is seeking an exceptional Senior Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant Saltford setting, which offers high-quality childcare across two dedicated sites: our nurturing Day Nursery on Bath Road and our fantastic Pre-School within Saltford Primary School.

The Role
As Senior Nursery Manager, you will:
* Lead and inspire a team of dedicated practitioners across both nursery and pre-school sites
* Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold our ambitious curriculum
* Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
* Manage operational responsibilities including staffing, budgets, and compliance
What We're Looking For
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred)
* Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting
* A deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
* Passion for creating nurturing environments where children thrive
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
