New Homes Sales Advisor – High Leven
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team in High Leven. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading property developer, helping clients find their perfect new home.
Hours: Thursday – Monday, 10:00 – 17:00
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Commission: £300 per plot paid on exchange
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in new homes sales
* Basic IT skills (CRM systems, email, and MS Office)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
Role Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry to exchange and completion
* Conduct home viewings and demonstrate property features to clients
* Maintain accurate records of sales progress and client communicationsCollaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to marketing initiatives
