What You’ll Need
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience working with students with (SEND.
* Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, assessment pathways, and statutory guidelines.
* National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to complete it.
What You’ll Do
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with SEND.
* Assess progress using appropriate tools and contribute to statutory assessment processes.
* Work closely with therapists, support staff, families, and external agencies.
* Develop and review EHCP targets to support measurable student outcomes.
