Mobile Dispensing Optician
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per year
Base Location: Basingstoke (with travel up to 90 minutes from base)

* This role forms part of a dedicated Pulse Team, designed to provide expert branch support while contributing to learning, development, and clinical consistency across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical cover across multiple branches within the group
* Act as a link between practices to help maintain high clinical standards
* Induct and onboard new starters into the business
* Facilitate experience days as part of the interview process for new recruits
* Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create engaging online training content
* Deliver ongoing coaching and support to the Dispensing Optician team across the network
Candidate Profile
* Qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
* Passionate about mentoring and supporting others
* Confident communicator with the ability to inspire and lead by example
* Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel (up to 90 minutes from Basingstoke)
