Housing - Delivering Vital Community Services

The Housing Income Team delivers day-to-day operational resources, financial control, business planning, income management, and performance management for the landlord service. The team is responsible for maximising income from rent, service charges, insurance, and rechargeable works.

Your role will focus on arrears prevention but, where necessary, take action to recover the debt in accordance with the department policy and represent the Council in possession proceedings at the County Court.
