The Role:
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our vendor clients, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into key roles. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will develop strong client relationships, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and ensure exceptional service delivery throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing client accounts and developing long-term partnerships
* Sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal CRM
* Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for submission
* Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
About You:
* Previous experience in recruitment (agency or internal) is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Confident, personable, and highly organised
* Able to work full-time from our Altrincham office
