Working in a fast-paced environment, you will develop strong client relationships, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and ensure exceptional service delivery throughout. Key Responsibilities: Managing client accounts and developing long-term partnerships Sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal CRM Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for submission Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets About You: Previous experience in recruitment (agency or internal) is highly desirable Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude Confident, personable, and highly organised Able to work full-time from our Altrincham office If you're ready to take the next step in your recruitment career and thrive in a dynamic, rewarding environment - we want to hear from you.
