Overview
An exciting opportunity has come up at SThree for a talented AI Safety and Compliance Engineer. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, Security and Operations, the role is based in our Glasgow office at Cadworks, on a permanent contract, hybrid working basis.
Responsibilities
* Red teaming/blue teaming workflows using Azure AI Foundry, model risk analysis, and proactive testing for bias, drift, and prompt injection vulnerabilities.
* You’ll lead efforts in aligning with global AI safety regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act), implement automated compliance checks, and deliver secure AI experiences through continuous monitoring and audit logging.
* Experience with AI safety tools (e.g., Responsible AI Toolbox, Deepchecks)
* Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and LLM compliance testing frameworks
* Prompt injection testing and AI behaviour anomaly detection
* Bias, fairness, and explainability metrics for LLMs
* Audit trail generation, logging, and compliance reporting (GDPR/DSAR)
* Security risk mitigation in AI agent systems
Remote Working
* Expected to be in the office 1 to 2 days a week. With additional days depending on activity (e.g. a design workshop)
