Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
* Manage multiple negotiated retail construction projects simultaneously
* Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
* Communicate regularly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
* Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials
* Lead project team meetings and coordinate project activities with other departments within the company
* Assist in the planning and execution of multifamily and hospitality projects as needed

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on negotiated retail construction projects
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
* Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting
* Experience using project management software and tools
* Ambitious and driven, with a passion for achieving exceptional results
* Familiarity with multifamily and hospitality projects a plus
