What you'll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas.
We are looking for a carer that is friendly; approachable and supportive, to join our existing fun team.
You will be delivering personal care; medication administration, supporting in household domestic duties and the client's activities around the community in-line with our detailed care plan for a gentleman with cerebral palsy.
As well as the day-to-day tasks required, as a team we have great days out and holidays arranged which we would love you to be apart of!
Qualifications
What you'll need
Previous experience in a care assistant role would be desirable but otherwise, the care assistant skills and attributes needed are:
* Compassion
* Resilience
* A willingness to learn
* A full valid UK driving licence
However a skill set in the following would be extremely advantageous for your application prior to interview
* PEG Feeding
* Administration Medication (via the above method)
* Moving & Handling Equipment
