Here’s The Deal: Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 DOE Hybrid working: 2 days/week at Chester HQ Reporting to: Head of Product, Guest Experience Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative, commercially minded, and obsessed with creating outstanding guest experiences. About The Product Manager (Account, Loyalty & Booking) Role: High-Energy, Strategic, Impactful As Product Manager (Account, Loyalty & Booking), you will lead the evolution of our most critical guest journeys, ensuring each interaction is seamless, personalised, and rewarding. The way guests discover, book, and return for holidays defines our success. This is a high-impact role for someone with commercial confidence who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and enjoys working closely with technical teams to deliver real-world results. Why this role matters: Drive conversion, loyalty, and repeat bookings Shape the end-to-end booking and guest account experience Optimise revenue and lifetime value Enable personalised, trusted, and delightful guest journeys What You’ll Do: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for guest accounts, loyalty features, and booking flows. Identify and prioritise key problems across sign-up, login, checkout, repeat booking, and loyalty journeys. Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-performing, intuitive experiences. Lead experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven optimisations to improve engagement and bookings. Partner with marketing and CRM teams to evolve loyalty, referral, and reactivation features. Analyse guest behaviour and funnel performance to define actionable insights and improvements. Ensure trust, clarity, accessibility, and consistency across all guest touchpoints. Balance commercial goals with guest experience, turning complex challenges into simple, effective solutions. Who You Are: Proven Product Manager with deep experience in discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and stakeholder management Commercially confident, data-driven, and outcome-focused Strong communicator who can influence technical and commercial teams alike Experienced in managing complex, multi-touchpoint customer journeys Curious, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment In-depth understanding of B2C customer behaviour and trends. Bonus Point For: Experience in ecommerce, travel, hospitality, or marketplaces Familiarity with performance marketing, personalisation, or CRM journeys Exposure to guest-facing apps or cross-device experiences.
