Job Description
3. Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Employee Relations Managers and Advisors.
4. Co-ordinate Employment Tribunal responses, liaising with managers, solicitors and witnesses.
5. Support the administration of complex ER casework, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals.
6. Maintain and update the Employee Relations case management system (Assure/Selenity), trackers and reports.
7. Take minutes at complex and sensitive ER meetings.
8. Manage the transcription service, ensuring timely booking and cost management.
9. Act as a point of contact for ER queries and appropriately escalate formal issues.
10. Support DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) processes and statutory reporting deadlines.
11. Assist with HR project co-ordination and training event organisation.
The Successful Applicant
12. CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
13. Strong experience of HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
14. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
15. Confident handling sensitive information with discretion.
16. Experience of supporting employment tribunal processes desirable.
17. Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
