Job Title: Private Client Litigation Secretary
Salary:£28,000 - £30,000+ depending on experience
Location: Near Meriden CV7
Hours:Monday Friday 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm
Description:
A well respected and long established company is seeking a Litigation Secretary with a background in Private Client to join their busy team.
This role entails:
Providing support to the Litigation team to enable them to operate efficiently.
Production of legal forms and preparing of correspondence using case management system
Onboarding new client documentation
Arranging meetings
Chasing outstanding information and collating
Diary management
Audio and copying typing
Email correspondence
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Previously worked within private client sector
Previous Legal Secretary experience
Competent audio and copy typing
Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills
Ability to work to deadlines, with an excellent eye for detail
Ability to liaise at all levels.
Competent administrative and Microsoft skills
Ideally of knowledge in LEAP would be desirable
Due to the remote location of the role you will need to be a car driver
In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary up to £30,000 depending on experience with 25 days holiday, pension and private healthcare.
