Contract: Full Time - Permanent
Salary: £13.21 per hour

What will you be doing
Working in our Longmynd Hotel we provide a retreat for up to 85 guests who stay with us for guided or self‑guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be to support the house managers to manage and supervise the front of house team. You will be involved in inducting new household staff, general administration and ensuring Health & Safety and Fire Policies are adhered to. You may also receive additional training to become a First Aider or Pool Emergency Responder. Our Team Leaders help prepare guest rooms and public areas, serve meals in our dining room and contribute to the delivery of Afternoon Tea. The entire team is involved in guest interactions, working together to create an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to.
About you

* Experience in a similar, supervisory level role in a busy hotel or guest house
* Good leadership skills and teamwork ethic and able to communicate effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
